Good location, very nice and comfortable rooms, the breakfast is not bad, but watch out to get the espresso coffee!!!Pleasant staff.
Now I know why the people were saying that the lift was narrow! :-)) but it's an experience one must make in one's life. The bathroom wasn't very clean.

It was very nice stay, I appreciated savoury food.
The bed was large and the rooms were reasonably large and beautifully designed. The location was perfect and amazing for walking around an orthodox church. Good service, though a few employees were not very friendly.

Best possible location in the city. Easy to spot from the street if you're passing by with your car. Private parking was nice, specially after hearing all the rumors about cars being picked up for parking where it is not permitted - rumors that were later confirmed. Room and bathroom were spacious and nicely furnished/equipped. AC chilled the room down very nicely. Breakfast menu was varied enough for a 3 day stay. Staff was friendly.
Bed mattress should be changed, at least from my point of view.

The location was fantastic. Just a short walk from the beautiful Varna cathedral and other central attractions.
The central air conditioning system did not provide much personal comfort, as it was somewhat difficult to adjust the temperature to my liking.

This is a real 4* hotel. A few weeks ago, I was in a 4* hotel, which didn't meet my expectations.
The night shift receptionist was at his first day of duty. It wasn't easy for him to find me a taxi. I was about to miss my flight.In fact, this is not a drawback, because it may happen to anyone.

Good access to all amenities. Nice room although would like cable/sky TV for a 4 * hotel
The breakfast was one of the worst i ever tasted. It was terrible. the coffee was even worse. I had to force it into me and was hungry half hour later.Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful even giving wrong directions to get the airport bus. would not stay again. More like a 2*. No swimming pool or gym

It is nicely decorated very nice business venue, it offers excellent pool and the location is stunning close to a very good Chinese restaurant which was a bonus.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming
The staff was helpful and provided excellent service. The location made exploring the city easy, so many cafes and attractions nearby.
The air conditioning was ineffective , leading to discomfort in the high heat. The breakfast options were quite limited and not very appetizing.

Basically everything. The location is excellent, the price is affordable and the rooms was spacious and clean. I saw a lot of people comments complaining from the breakfast quality for me it was more than acceptable.
